A designer always tries to make intelligent decisions, turning the least possible matter into the best possible function.

If you were intelligent you wouldn't waste cubic parsecs of matter to get a little rock with a film of moisture on it surface. 

If we were well designed our body's playground and sewers wouldn't be in the same spot.
