A small postscript. With one or two fingers I enjoy transposing simple tunes from major to minor keys or vice versa.

Welcome, Lee. I started piano lessons in second grade...in 1937...but in a Catholic school. In those schools people who need psychiatric help are given roomfuls of children. The nun who taught piano hit my hands with a ruler when I made a mistake, so I quit. I still LOVE listening to pianos, and panpipes and clarinets and violins and double bases/basses?and more. I have a huge library of recorded classical music, I think because my parents took their three kids to Disney's first Fantasia.
Again, welcome to AU. Tom.
