Why haven’t there been more concerted movements to [end the EC]?

The EC gives the less populous states more power, so my guess is that they will oppose it. My state, California, has not yet taken a position on the current attempt.

Thanks everyone for your input and encouragement. I enjoy the platform. But for reasons beyond my control, I may be unable to share anything for a couple of days. We are together though-just a technical issue to fix.
