Ah! No! I won't be watching as watching sports it not one of things I do. Didn't mind to much watching when I was younger and had nothing better to do. I actually prefer to participate in a sport when they are not playing as though a sheep station was the prize. I like when there is just you and your mates and there is enough of you to form two teams and you sort of follow the rules of the game as long as it doesn't get out of hand and ruin it for everyone.Or where they decide they are playing for a sheep station that is when I bow out and leave them to it.

Ukraine V England in the quarter-final of European championships should on paper be an exciting game but will more than likely be a cagey affair. Davy will you be watching the game on TV along with millions of Ukrainians. Too many English supporters think England should win, I'm not so sure. Coach Shevchenko has garnered an interesting team. And a team doesn't get this far without being a good side. Good luck to both teams.

I was really saddened to see Serena Williams drop out of Wimbledon.  I have to wonder if her age is starting to catch up with her.

TV coverage of both soccer and Wimbledon has been massive. Americans pay attention to overseas sports.

Yes! Ukraine is a good team so they just may give you a run for your money. But this we won't know till they play the game.

Who ever wins good luck to them as they had all their ducks in a row.

England 2-0 Germany:

We've reached the quarter-finals and play Ukraine a massively good team. Of course, I'm very happy England won but I feel ashamed with the English fans who booed during the playing of the German National Anthem.

Man, are we inconsistent here in America: 39,000 fans packed a baseball stadium in Chicago with nary a mask in sight. But in a half-full basketball arena in L.A., every fan had to wear a mask. What's up with that?

I thought at first Rahm was being penalized for some infraction he had committed. Once before, his ball moved upon addressing a shot, and he claimed he didn't see it. We did! So, he has a history. Still, tough break.

So ... Jon Rahm has a round for the ages at The Memorial ... then learns after finishing the 18th hole that he is COVID-19-Positive and must withdraw from the tournament with a six-stroke lead! Wouldn't that drive you straight up a wall?!?
