“Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money!”

Well said, Chris. The Xians always imagine themselves as the victims of the secular world whereas it's they who attack women's rights and other minority's

I can think of a few groups that need some protection too.... Imagine the civil war when the women's militia, transgender militia and gay militia protect their rights against the xian militia.

The Christian right always say they need a well armed militia in order to protect their rights. When that was written they carried muskets not assault rifles.

And why assault rifles???!!!

The Bible IS a book that "speaks the word of God": So is every other book with a fictional character who "speaks" words. Except that the author of such books is the actual voice that is speaking—not the fictional character.

if you don’t believe me, try to get a straight answer from Harry Potter.
