"F or C....it's too damn hot!"

Ain't that the truth

Glad to hear you're bearing up, Spud. 'The thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to' as Hamlet put it can be quite wearing. Well done with the weight loss. Slimming down means less strain on the body. I bet you feel the benefit of it.

Joan 88℉, whats that in a temperature scale the rest of the world uses. Lol only joking it's 31%Celsius

Hi, Spud. I hope your 80th birthday finds you hale and hearty, ready for new adventures, free of cancer, and at your desired weight!

I stopped getting breast x-rays because I will not go through chemo and radiation again and will surely die, happy, of heatstroke in my garden.

Chris, you look lovely, and very much as you did in a photo from several years ago. You don't seem to be showing your aging in your face.

Did you retire? I don't remember learning of your retirement. Happily, you have good health, a loving partner, a beautiful city to wander and explore, books to read, and cats to curl up with while reading a good book.

What is your weather like today?

In Newport, WA, at 1 PM PDT July 4, 2021, (GMT -7)

88℉,

forecast high 93℉,

forecast low   56℉.

Rick couldn't handle the prescription either, so this was his option.

Thanks Mrs.B  Wikipedia says Saw Palmetto may help with symptoms, so I may try it.

Good to see you Spud!

Rick takes timed-release saw palmetto for his prostate.

Thanks Chris.
