I am a big fan of most symphonic works for organ and orchestra.  A few years ago, I discovered, by way of my best friend and co-conspirator in music and stereo gear, the following work.  Its wide dynamic range and the artistic demands made upon the soloist in particular has made it a strong favorite of mine, one which I hope next year to enjoy at Severance Hall, with The Cleveland Orchestra applying itself to that score.
