A Didgeridoo is real music.

In my opinion synthesized stuff is fake production.

Tony O'Connor And It is called Windjana - Spirit of the Kimberley

Reminds me of John Tesh. John Tesh wasn't a musician he was an entertainer who through production companies made what I would call fake music, or exploitation.

Here Chris this album was created by Tony O'Connor And It is called Windjana - Spirit of the Kimberley
His works are a blend of synthesiser and instruments.

Windjana is an Aboriginal Mythological being!

The track listing for this albums is as follows:

Thanks Davy.

Interesting video. Timbre, richness and diversity as declined. Many sound like music made or for a tv commercial or other 'produced' jingle.  I understand the Beetles used a guitar through synthesizers to make them sound like a sitar, or horns.

Electronic Dance music mostly, if not entirely done on synthesizers is terrible noise in my opinion.

Digital music lacks the timbre, tonal quality, and clarity of analog music. While it's performemed let alone recorded.

I heard Tom Petty (A Northern California musician) died.  I listened to him in concert just a few months ago. It was interesting to hear him talk about how much he hated music videos, such as the following that plagued  his song"Don't Come Around Here No More?  with Allice in Wonderland.

Here is something that gives a view that many of us oldies already had an inkling about the music of today.

The bay city Rollers (Roller Skaters) is typical of tween music, such as the Bettles were.

Do people who sit behind synthizers as digital geeks make real music?

I never thought of of it this way, until I began to learn about what music production is.

Boy bands have been around since the '1950's.

They seem to produce music without much tallent.

The same seems to be for many 'girls.'

A good clue is they don't have a band behind them.

Maybe it's a form of music and somewhat enjoyable to listen to.

Is it real music, or just a production show imitating music?

With multiple tracks and digital changes in recording studios it's no wonder bands live have to lip synch.

A show on Public Broadcasting entitled Sound Breaking is interesting.

Shame he died so young.
