This is the reason (or at least part of it) why my daughter left broadcast journalism for the intelligence community: she learned that people don't want to know the news so much as they want their biases reinforced. Granted, that isn't true in all cases, but it is in perhaps too many, and for a country like this, that is a dangerous trait to maintain.

I'm re-reading The Necessity of Atheism on Audible, that is if you consider audiobooks as reading. My eyesight isn't the best right now even with my Good reading glasses.

Ant poop? That's a NEW one. Regardless, there are likely an uncounted number of creation myths out there, and why ONE particular story should be considered to be the correct one, particularly when it has no basis in evidence, is beyond me.
