Yeh me too I just love Chinese food. When I was younger I ate a lot of Indian food but as I got older the hot and spicy Indian cuisine became too much for me.

One company that my husband worked for years ago, treated all the employees to an authentic Chinese dinner in Chinatown as a xmas bonus. It was soooooo good!

I love Chinese food, but had it once on a visit to Washington state, & it was AWFUL!

I like Italian flavours, some Mexican, Thai, etc, but Asian seems to be my favourite.

Like the rest of the world, we are becoming more and more like America where all the food is becoming uniform. But when I can I try and buy a regional variety of food. For such a small country we have a great variety of food. I always look forward to the first of the season of Jersey Potatoes and Yorkshire black pudding.

Our Canadian cheese is different from the US too. That's one thing mother said when they moved to California. Our bacon is also different.

I'm one of those lucky Northern Europeans who are not only tolerant of lactose but even adores cheeses from around the world [Not American Cheese]

Dizzying Geometric Pies and Tarts by Lauren Ko

Lauren Ko brings mathematical precision to her baking, using elaborate intertwined patterns to form transfixing patterns to the top of her homemade pies and tarts. Ko combines classic crusts with colorful fillings like blueberries, kumquats, purple sweet potatoes, and pluots to create her visually striking sweets.
