Dallas Gaytheist - I can get into my yahoo e-mail - it's my 'my yahoo' page that is screwing me up - have you updated to the new e-mail setup? My wife had that problem and once she updated could get in again.
I looked around, because trees grow from the tip so the explanation does not ring true. And I found this. It was probably a practical joke, though a very old one, from at least the 50s, it's been around for decades and it is locally famous, around Seattle.
I don't know if this is true or a phony but it is beautiful. I wish I could find the source. The link is here but it doesn't say who posted the pic.
