My sciatica is being a real pest. I can do almost anything, including lifting weights, running, walking etc. but as soon as I sit still, the pain starts and I have to lie down or stand up. It's a nuisance as I have two family visits planned for May and both involve hours in various forms of transport.

Thanks, Ian I did read that Guardian article about Tory donor sleaze, what angers me most is the silence of much of the media about the billions of pounds given to Tory cronies before, during and after the pandemic. They have no shame.
