I refuse to listen, unless I have no choice.....the grocery store.....

I play classical cd's during the season, if I play anything.

Here's one for you, Randall.

I'm forced to post this again, a little early this year. My absolute favourite.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gXzES9m4MA&ab_channel=BrunoSamppa

Randall, as an audiophile and music lover, I wouldn't quite say ALL Christmas music.  I find that I still enjoy Handel's Messiah (though I am NOT wild for the Hallelujah Chorus!), and the King's College Choir has a lovely assemblage of Christmas music I collected on vinyl ages ago which I enjoy a lot.

Then, too, there's stuff like the following. Less formal, more ... well ... "pedestrian," if you will, but I can't imagine ever tiring of Herb Alpert's take on this old classic:

Stricter measures to come back in here in DK. Theatres, cinemas and other places of gathering to close. Limits on customer numbers in all shops. Masks everywhere. Pubs, bars etc to close at 10p.m. Vaccination capacity to be increased and booster brought forward. If anyone need proof that closing down works, here's the graph for infections in Austria where almost everything has been closed down.

There are a few good seasonal numbers, Randall, in my opinion. Most however are pre-chewed gruel.

The Pie video is excellent. Vital points put over with style.

This, in my 79th year on planet earth, I say "Bah Humbug" to all christmas music. Every year at this time, we get deluged with the same old songs, both religious and secular. Enough, already. May the "season" end quickly.

I'm glad we share such a beautiful film! And I enjoyed the Pie video with my first coffee. Very good video!

He's so good.

Maggie Smith is a marvelous actress.
