Brian Keith Dalton, a.k.a. "Mr. Deity," has been taking William Lane Craig to task lately for his lazy and generally not-horribly-thoughtful take on why belief in Yahweh is so essential to him and how wonderful it must all be to have the supposed…Continue

Thanks for the Tooting Tour, I love the stories and all those different food shops!

Tooting looks like fun. I love those Indian/Pakistani sweets and so much music history too.

If I were in the UK I'd vote Labour but only by default and I wouldn't expect major changes for the better. From what I can understand Tony Blair was worse than a Tory in some areas.

Home again after a weekend with my daughter and family. The grandsons seems to have endless supplies of energy. James now speaks English some of the time. Douglas just chatters all the time while running, jumping etc. Now and again they play together . Also, to a reception at the Folketing for new citizens, with junior dancers from the ballet school and a couple of prof. singers as entertainment. Very good.
Then a chance to wander round the building and meet politicians. I fired off a few sharp remarks at a DF (nationalist) representative about their policy of wanting to ban books they don't like from libraries, otherwise just looked round, drank coffee and ate cake. I'm sure that as a taxpayer it's my money being spent so I wanted to get a few mouthfulls back. All in all, I've had a great time.
