Was Bodger aware of the many accusations made against Tory MP Chris Pincher when he promoted him to the post of deputy chief whip?

"Mr Pincher was suspended as a Conservative Party MP earlier this week over allegations he had groped two men.

He now faces six new claims of inappropriate behaviour stretching back several years, which he has denied.

Meanwhile, No 10 has not denied a claim by Mr Johnson's former chief aide, Dominic Cummings, that the PM referred to the former deputy chief whip as "Pincher by name, pincher by nature" before appointing him."

Chris Pincher suspension: Boris Johnson unaware of specific claims ...

'Why is it we honour the Great Thieves of Whitehall, for Acts that in Whitechapel would merit hanging? Why admire the one sort of Thief and despise the other? I suggest, 'tis because of the Scale of the Crime'

All labels start as abuse and become a treasured icon.

Those of us on the left who believe in equality and fairness should take ownership of the term woke. This Bodger government and its backers in the rightwing press are orchestrating a scurrilous campaign against wokeness in the Labour Party

O'Brien is so down to earth when he has a go at hysterical media whipping up problems where there aren't any.

I worked hard to undo my xian servile training, and I'm proud to feel as independant and free of different influences as I can get. Many others in this country worship the usual gods, but most of all wealth and being famous.

Chris. I had imagined that the cap doffing would have lessened considerably by now, and for a time it was happening, but it had become far too ingrained in us to make any difference. I see us as not two classes but many peoples, the Anglo-Saxons, and all the immigrants coming into the country, and the ruling elite the Anglo-Norman French who have been the ruling class ever since 1066

Stephen(He, Him, His) Oh who cares.

I love that one, Patricia!

When you're trained in cap doffing and other servile habits, it's very hard to undo your training and to be your own person. Only then can you start on integrity, honesty and decent behaviour.
