Mine started in my thumb and slowly moved to the wrist and it's much worse in my left arm. My doctor said it was most probably because I broke the wrist badly in that arm when I was younger.

Yeah, I have arthritis in my jaw, neck, shoulders, collar bones, wrists, fingers, knees, feet & toes. My elbows seem okay for now, & I have both hip replacements, but the worst right now are my shoulders, wrists, & the bases of my thumbs. I'm using cannabis THC/CBD topical creams because I can't take pain killers.

As a sceptic, I'm loath to ask my fellow sceptics about Arthritis Copper Magnetic bracelets a couple of friends tell me that they swear by them and even my doctor wears one. The pain in my wrists due to arthritis is getting worse. Does anyone on AU have the experience of using them?
