Even though the EU has made a U-turn regarding the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine some people in Europe have been influenced by their leaders who criticised the Oxford jab over many spurious reasons are now saying they won't take it because it is cheaper than most of the other vaccines. How ridiculous.
Real-time trials in both Israel and Scotland have shown the High efficacy of the Oxford jab.

With Pfiser so difficult to store, & AstraZeneca not recommened for seniors, this at least gives us another choice along with the Moderna.
Yes, Ian, it's the same here......getting the stuff!!!! So far the shipments are from Belgium, if the EU allows them, & now from India for the AstraZeneca, which is not being given to those of us over 65. Then we small towns have to wait our turn.
Nice, Mrs B. We've been told over here that even when it's approved there won't be supplies until April. In fact the whole Danish program has been put back 3-4 weeks because supplies aren't coming through of any vaccines. Companies have promised more than they can deliver.

Yes. And I think that even if we manage to overcome the effects of the pandemic we will still be doing things differently for some time to come.
That's the way of things right now. At least we have technology to be able to do it this way.
