Who can get through a day of the 2016 presidential campaign and not think of this? Here's part of how my mom did it in the late 1930s and the 1940s. I didn't know what she had in mind when she raised us as if there was no such thing as boys' work or…Continue

Politics should not be in our medical care.
Canada is now building a facility, but it won't be up & running until 2023!
Thanks to former Prime Minister Harper, our vaccine manufacturing places were scrapped.
Are we not able to use Artificial Intelligence on such a complex problem as vaccine distribution?
I repeat, why are the vaccines not being produced in the US?
Are there no leaders in this pandemic?
Who decides the distributions?
Why is the US not making & distributing the vaccines?
With all the evidence of poor leadership with this vaccine distribution, why is the world in such turmoil? Have we not become smart enough to avoid these snafus?
Do we not have enough smart voters to elect good leaders?
Perhaps we need a basic change of how our nation is to be governed. Would a civil service principle, in which employment is based on a competitive examination, work more effectively and efficiently?
And, Patricia, nice to share the "kwitchurrbitchin!" group with you.
Yes, I did hear, & frankly, I'm sick of everything being about money, & politics.
Did you hear on the news that Italy and the EU have banned all exports of vaccines
BRUSSELS (AP) — Europe's vaccine solidarity got a boost on Friday after France said it could emulate Italy's move to block coronavirus vaccine exports outside the European Union if that's what is needed to enforce the bloc's own contracts with drugs manufacturers.
The European Union defended the Italian authorities' decision to stop a large shipment of doses destined for Australia as part of a longstanding feud with drug manufacturer AstraZeneca.
The EU's executive arm said the decision was not targeting Australia but that it had been taken to ensure that AstraZeneca delivers the number of doses it committed to dispatching to EU countries (Hundreds of thousands of Oxford vaccines are lying unused in storage)

Yeah, well the powers that be are in control of it, so for now, we old farts aren't in line for it.
Suggestions that the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine may not be effective on older patients have been dealt a further blow after new data suggests that it eliminates the most serious form of Covid and may have a “substantial impact” on Covid transmission as well as symptoms.
Fact check: the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine’s effectiveness in older...
Canada isn't even offering it to seniors, so for now it's not on our table. They are talking front line workers for it.
