I saw a TV documentary that said there are more foxes per square mile in London than in the British countryside. Food is easier to get and there are more places to hide.

They make a spooky sound. Can't you put them into the background noise, Stephen? Then you only hear them if you need to. I did that with the many sirens of ambulances, fire department and police cars all racing through my street, I hardly hear them except when one stops downstairs, then I'm suddenly awake...
Well, there is that I guess, but I was thinking maybe the 5th-10th floors, or thereabouts.
You'd think that wouldn't you but Jack my friend who lives on the first doesn't hear them, what with the walls and buildings in the way.
