I use about a 1/4 tsp. of powdered milk in a 14 oz. mug....barely enough to colour it.

I miss my store-bought coffee I'd been drinking a double shot latte from Costas for years but I'd begun drinking Americano with much less milk.

Stuck at home missing your favourite barista? Why not recreate your cafe experience and prepare a new one of these each day?

Funny you should mention Starbucks Mrs B. Because of the Coronavirus they have made the decision to stop allowing the use of customers own coffee travel mugs. Out of all the many coffee shops in the UK they are the only ones doing this.

We have T. Horton's & Starbuck's too.

Now that does surprise me, I think we all presumed that it would be the USA as the top coffee drinker's

From Quora on Coffee drinking countries

I’m told that Poul Anderson (noted American SF and fantasy author, who was very proud of his Danish heritage) used to say that coffee was the one thing that turned the Norsemen from irascible bloody-minded warriors into the amiable democratic socialists that they are today.

They certainly drink a lot of it—five of the top six coffee-consuming countries are Nordic, with Finland consuming a whopping 12 kg per person per year, Norway next at 9.9 kg/person/year, then Iceland, Denmark, the Netherlands, and finally Sweden at 8.2 kg/person/year. (The US ranks 26th; Canada does somewhat better, ranking 10th, no doubt thanks to all those Tim Horton’s. See Mapped: The countries that drink the most coffee)
