We are a worldwide social network of freethinkers, atheists, agnostics and secular humanists.

Timing is of the essence.

More specifically in photography. The right person (with a camera), at the right place, at the (sometimes exceptionally) right time. A friend sent me this collection of great frozen moments, just a second before something ominous and/or incredibly funny is about to happen.

Enjoy.

This last one is truly epic:

My favorite is the one with the jaguar (if not Photoshopped).

Second favorite is that enormous wave crushing on the pier.

I don't think the jaguar is photoshopped. Look at the guy with the gun in the back, he looks like he's seeing something.

The head of the guy in the motorcycle accident does look photoshopped though.

I'm very partial to the timing of the shot of the guy slipping on ice. I can relate to that experience =)

Yes! I can relate to slipping on ice too.

Yes, but the guy with the gun could simply be watching another dude walking behind the first guy. I'm very skeptical of that photo because I can't believe the jaguar would be so close to the guy and the guy not have noticed any movement. In that shot, I would have expected the guy being attacked to be reacting a bit, maybe a slight turn of the head, etc. I have to investigate the Interwebz :-)

And yes, the head of the motorcycle guy is totally photoshopped, and not a great photoshop work either

The last one is the best I reckon.

I'm amazed by these photographs andI wish the aren't photoshopped...
