Any good news at our ages, is a positive.
I've got a bit of them all too. I'm fighting a rearguard action by taking regular exercise which helps a bit so I'm not bad for 65 but the decline is inevitable. On the good side, the last blood tests showed that my cholesterol and prostate numbers were down and in the 'safe' zone.
Haha, all true. And hard of hearing.
Oh! Ian, I have all those characteristics; I'm not bragging; I'm complaining.
