I'm not a vegetarian. But as years go by, I eat less and less of red meat; and this is not exactly out of concern for the cows but because red meat doesn't appeal to me anymore. I prefer chicken though I eat less and less of it. So my diet is…Continue

Nice Comment
Mrs.B i had to drink some water from a water fountain in the park I filled my flask cup and took my meds because I was late taking them. Just a few moments later I had an awful acid reflux attack which lasted for at least an hour until I got home and drank some milk. If I hadn't been late taking my tablets I wouldn't have used water. You like me know what reflux feels like just awful.
Oh such refreshing flowers!!!!
Sweating has always been an issue for me which is why I have a glass or cup of something on the go at all times.
Good to hear Ian that your test turned up nothing serious.
As for peeing for me it is of a normal frequency for me.
The only thing that acts as diuretic on me is tea and beer.
As for drinking copious amounts of fluid nah, and never have been that way inclined. Though when doing hard yakka and the temps up around the high twenties to mid thirties (Celsius) and since the yakka and the heat caused me sweat a lot did my body demand extra fluids by giving me an unquenchable thirst.
Spring has sprung, and the grass has rize and a young man's thoughts turn to fancy.
To much water has flown under the bridge since the days when that mattered at all.
Good to see Stephen.
Joan my family were quite poor when my brother and sisters were born but by the time I came along we as a family were doing much better and my sisters treated me like a little prince and spoiled me rotten
Stephen, how awful to get heartburn or reflux after drinking water! My favorite beverage of all is cold water.
When I was in cancer treatment, the nutritionist told me to drink ... my memory fails me, but I think it was coconut water.
Stephen, perhaps you are one of those "menopause" babies that show up unexpectedly, and in some cases, a real treasure, and in others, real unwelcome. Did your mother respond to you as a welcome event in her life?
