AT&T found a bonding/grounding problem and changed a line filter for the third time. I was told the last filter was for TV. I have a TV modem now that the tech said sould work. It took two months to cancel my VOIP line. Perhaps one of the previous filters was for that.
The graph is a sweep of the download showing how much it breaks up. IF you look at speedtest.net if it works there in England you will see how it images. Dragging the mouse over the download section (where the graph is) brings up the sweep.
I think there are still problems, though AT&T is telling me the line is clear.
I should switch to cable internet and get a different email service provider that doesn't scan my email to send me advertizements.
This is very irritating.
