@Hope, such a double standard in Ireland. The north changes name of police from RUC to PSNI to help catholics feel comfortable. The South keeps name Garda despite how protestants feel about their sectarian past. there would be hell to pay if anyone told  a patient that Northern Ireland is a protestant country, but barely a beep when in the south a patient is denied life-saving treatment and is told this is a a catholic country. A protestant is murdered in the south, meh. A catholic get's his feelings hurt in the north, and half the world protests. A bomber(terrorist) who tried to destroy women's clothing shops so he could kill firefighters dies because he refuses to eat food, he's a hero. South refused to recognize non-catholic weddings, the north never did that to catholics. But if you oppose republicanism you must be a racist, just as you cant show any sort of agreement with any Israeli policy without being anti-arab in the west.

It actually a shame to see a european country like Ireland acting like that..

"This is a Catholic Country" ??!! Ouch!
Sad to see Ireland moving backward like that..
Europ to me is like a secular idol.. especially western europ!
If it was Pakistan or Iran I wouldn't even care..
