Atheists and Agnostics Making a Difference In the World IV: Raji C.
"I have always enjoyed volunteer work and I do feel that it is fundamentally important to care for one another."This is the fourth post in a new series of personal profiles of Atheists, Agnostics and Humanists who are helping to make the world a better place.
She has had quite a few volunteering gigs: 2007, India; 2009, a primary school in Nicaragua and AIDS Community Care in Montreal; 2010, geriatric centre in Montreal; 2011 - current, fundraising for a shelter in London UK. This profile will focus on the India and Nicaragua volunteering.

Wow! wonderful! I loved this great girl..
I think that Atheists have more compassion than theists!
You know, charity, human rights, health, science.. etc.. That's what atheistS care about!
Arabs were impressed by Angelina Jolie when she helped and supported Syrian refugees!
You know, clerics are calling for Jihad against Shia in Syria.. And here she comes Angelina Jolie! Wow!

great post....the reason for Kaur as her middle name is purely cultural/traditional.....i myself an atheist has kaur as the middle name for both my girls, it comes from religion but in our punjabi culture a lot is done because of tradition.

Interesting lady. Volunteering, especially in poor living conditions, takes a lot of desire.
