I wrote this blog when several racist laws were signed here in Arizona targeting brown people from south of the border. I am sharing it in response to a post where racism and racial issues were tossed back and forth and yes there were issues that were brought up that were completely valid and some were brought up out of frustration and anger. Even though my sleeping patterns are out of synch with the sun, I had a nice b-day. I noticed that the musicians on your playlist had some diseased members. I like some of the pieces you had and some of them I didn't like. I think the only Beastie Boys song I like is "Sabotage." It looks like they're having fun in the videos. It's terrible that musicians that we like are starting to die from cancer and other diseases rather than accidents, or overdoses. That shows that we are getting older. I wonder how much living the life of a successful musician lead to their deaths. The hard life of becoming successful, life on the road probably had un-nutritious meals, and sleep when you can, and ingestion of chemicals. Arugh,! my connection is so slow that I have to reboot everything. I'm not sure if it's my computer or the connection. I think it's the connection.
