Comment by Michel on March 7, 2012 at 11:18am: That's what it would look like, but for embroidered designs (all polos are embroidered, not printed) there's a one-time fee of 20$ for image conversion to embroidable design. The good side is that once a design is converted, it can be used on other products (caps, dress shirts, etc) without this extra cost.

But as we're not expecting to sell a lot of items, I'd have to pass some of this cost on to you =/

Plus I'm not sure if this design works well at this size, I might want to modify it a bit.

Comment by Chris on March 7, 2012 at 5:40am: You aren't kidding about the cost at least for the t-shirts. The polos aren't much more @ $33 with an embroidered pattern. How is the pattern applied on the t-'s? Heres the polo's.

Comment by Michel on March 7, 2012 at 3:32am: @Chris - It's very easy to design (at Zazzle) but the shirts are expensive. If you want one, show me the model you like (style & color) and I can have it up in the store in a few minutes.

I started reading about dye sublimation printing and came across design templates. Go to select a category to see what's available. They have backpacks, garden flags (which would be great counters to the xtian flag and fun to fly), coffee tables, ornaments for your heathen tree, outlet covers (much better than christian switch plate covers, or turn Jesus on switch plate covers), vintage style metal signs, wall clocks, license plates, and etc.
