Clinton and Obama did what they could to enact a medical plan for U.S. citizens. The R's in congress prevented a single care "Medicaid" health insurance for all of us.

As bad as you may think the V.A. is, or as bad as Medicade is the current system is way worse.

Mike Papantino says you shouldn't take a pharmacutical that hasn't been on the market for less than ten years.

Congress is broken.

If someone is injured from a generic they can't sue for damages.

The U.S. medical and pharmacutical system is broken.

JAISAL NOOR, TRNN: Congress is calling for an investigation into dramatic price increases for EpiPens: drug-filled injectable devices used by people to counter potentially deadly allergic reactions. The price of a pack of two EpiPens has gone from $100 in 2008 to over $500 this year. Mylan acquired the product in 2007. An EpiPen injects a pre-measured dose of epinephrine. Lawmakers have urged the Federal Trade Commission on Monday to investigate the price increases.

Now joining us to discuss this is Jean Ross. She's a registered nurse for over 40 years in Minnesota, and also co-president of National Nurses
