A Woman's right to choose

Women's rights arguments in favour of abortion

  1. Woman have a right to decide what to do with their bodies
  2. You can’t have gender equality without the right to have an abortion
  3. Banning abortion puts woman at risk by forcing them to use illegal abortionists
  4. The right to an abortion should be part of a group of pregnancy rights that allows woman to have a free informed choice to end a pregnancy

Abortion – A Different Perspective

Yet another piece I wrote a LONG time ago, but considering the current attacks on a woman's right to control her own body, I think the relevance of the following still maintains.  Let me know what…Continue

I'm worried about these young kids comming into the country.

Keep them safe.

Hearing that the U.K. was isolated from slavery because the British empire exppoirted slaves.

No one probably want's to talk about this difficult subject.

In Aabama - don't know if any of you know about Judge Roy More

Kind of interesting to hear about the child trafficing case regarding Epstein.

Up on my list is Florida as as POS state.

I think anywhere in the south is for the most part garbage.

Sorry to write that.

Recently heard that that it was leagal to hold slaves in Gorogia to 1916.

Kind of funny, with Trey

A Dominionist Christian asked me if his pregnant daughter should have her paren't permision to hava an abortion.

I told him it should be mandatory. Of coarse it got me in trouble.  There may have been some insest with that guy's disgusting comments.

Trey is better at talking about the problem.

The falicy of allowing abortion for rape or incest is simply that.  It's a red herring.

Say a woman was raped.  The court isn't going to take her word for it.  It would have to go through the court system- by the time it went though the bastard child would be born.

Having written that: What is a single mom?

To me it may mean a woman who had a one night stand, or was raped and is unable to identify the sperm of the father.

The single mom term disgusts me as most fathers pay child support even if thy are unable to spend time with the alleged child they alededly seeded.

Interreading from another group.

I'm 13 yr's old how do I tell my paren't I'm pregnant?

--

I'll get disgusting.

A Christian dominionist asked me about that one time. Should a child  be able to have an abortion without the paren't concent.

I replied that it should be mandatory.

That guy said he'd never work with me again.  Hell there were only about 60 of us that worked on that project.  What a jerk.

Having written that my great  grandmother was married at age 14.

Times are different now.

This comment may be too far off the subject track, but it's related.

The closer one is to the equator the more disease there is therefore the more fearfull one is.  Especially with mosquito transmitted diseases such as yellow feavor.  Walter Reed as in the Walter Reed National Medical center attempted to aleviate mosquito born illness' especially yellow feaver.

The further north from the equator one is the fewer amount of tropical diseases ther are - less fearfull people are of contageon.

The Mason Dixon line is approximately the region there the temperature gets cold enough such that mosquito born viruses arent transmitted.

Perhaps that may be why people in Northern latitudes are more open an free of fear such as Canida and Scandinavian countries (kind of sort of toungh in cheek).

I've been reading and discussing with friends about Patriorcal societies, the South, poverty, and racism. I'm also interested in the history of birth control.  It's a complicated subject.  As I posted previously abortions were made illegal in the 1990's 1890's during a peak in imigration from  Ireland, Italy, and Eastern Europe.
I've recently learned that after vulcanization was 'discovered in ~1850 diaphrams and condoms were inexpensive and readilly available.  In ~1870 it was made illegal to talk about any birth contol methods.  Mailing condoms, diaphrams, or inormation about birth control was also illegal.
My question is "Are antiabortion men today who appear to often be anti birth control of any kind - ooka tt the conflict over providing contracetives to women in health care coverage for example about preserving life, or is it about subjigating women?"
Are they the American Christian version of Saria Law?

Trae Crowder is great!

My humor is too dry for many and it doesn't come across in type. I am too serious and angry at times.

I went out to breakfast a couple of weeks ago.  There was a pregnancy center next door to the bakery I ate some fresh eggs fresh baked bread. It was sourdough toast.

For those who don't know a Pregnancy center pretends to be a Planned Parenthood Clinic.  There were people out there all the time protesting abortion (likely any type of birth control).

Ironic that place is closed - I'm not kidding - Now it's a Massage Parlor.
