 - Back To The Future Business Card of the Day

After a lifetime of random fan questions about his role in Back To The FutureBiff Tannen Tom Wilson, now a musician and comedian, has resorted to handing out a postcard pre-printed with all his answers. Some highlights:

  • The Delorean was an inferior automobile, and nearly impossible for a person of normal size like myself to enter and exit.
  • Among many improvisations on the set, I coined the term “butthead,” as well as “Make like a tree, and get out of here.”
  • I hold my co-workers in the best light, but have no idea what any of them are doing now.
  • I made less money than you think.

It's "Howard Dean's Scream", by James Warhola, from the January 2005 Mad Magazine.

Munch's painting has been riffed on endlessly in pop culture (including by lazy art directors). This is the only one I've ever seen that I liked.

Walpurgis

Walpurgis Night (Walpurgisnacht) is a traditional spring festival on 30 April or 1 May in large parts of Central and Northern Europe. It is often celebrated with dancing and with bonfires. It is exactly six months from All Hallows' Eve.
