Teen Talk Show Host Is Sick and Tired of President Obama Making Everyone Gay

A new idiot for conservatives, this kid channels Rush. Gay is a choice, and religious bullying is not bullying.

Meet Caiden Cowger: He's a 14-year-old radio host who lives in West Virginia and is a rising star in the conservative movement. More importantly, he's apparently very eager for us to know that President Obama is the one to blame for everyone being gay. Interesting theory, young chap! With the kind of cocky confidence that only a young person who doesn't know shit about the real world can muster, Caiden reports that he is sickened, SICKENED, I tell you, by the fact that there are at least 30 teenaged homosexuals in his county that he knows for a fact chose to be that way. How does he know, you may ask? Allow him to explain:

"I knew these kids. Some of ‘em I was friends with. I knew these teenagers when they were in elementary school. I knew them when they were in the beginning of middle school. And you know what? They were not homosexuals. They just decided all the sudden "You know what? I think I'm going to be gay."

"I find that to be a big problem with not being allowed to convert people to my religion."

I have a big problem with you babbling nonsense.

They just decided all the sudden "You know what? I think I'm going to be a teenager."

They just decided all the sudden "You know what? I think I'm going to go through Puberty"

They just decided all the sudden "You know what? I think I'm going to grow certain parts of my body"

They just decided all the sudden "You know what? I think I'm going to be different than my parents"

An interesting twitter account for him

Ironic that it's TMZ spreading this gospel.

I'm more saddened than outraged by this. He is a CGHILD. He knows nothing of the world. His parents and environment have turned him into a bigot at such a tender age! And now the kid has turned into a bully talking head spewing nonsense and making an ass out of himself.

West Virginia seems to have a superabundance of totally crazy ultra-right wing, bigots. Or is it just my impression?

Confusing Pro-Gay Billboard In Virginia

It could be read as an anti-gay billboard, right?posted about 3 hours ago

From the Mothers and Others of Virginia website:

For the next 30 days, Mothers and Others of Virginia is proudly sponsoring the billboard pictured above at the intersection of Ellwood and Thompson in Carytown.

We all know someone who is gay. It might be a family member or a friend. Children come out to their parents and loved ones in different ways and at different times in their lives. Mothers of gay children have different stories of how their children came out to them and how they came out to their families and friends.

But when you are mother who loves her children it doesn’t matter who your children love. You simply want your children to be happy and safe and to be allowed to live their lives to the fullest.

My first reaction to the board was that it was a warning that your child might, God forbid, be gay. But then I noticed the rainbow colors and went to the website.

The commenters on reddit are also confused.

What was your first thought?

Not a great billboard. But not too confusing because of the rainbow logo and the rainbow colors of the numbers. I did not immediately see a warning of "OMG, be vigilant, your kids may be gay!"

That is a tough one. They might have been a little clearer in the message. =)

Yes, I think we should establish the DUMBFUCK tag as the official word to denote all these whackjobs on AU.

I second the motion. =)

I do too!

I concur also on the motion.
