"There's nothing to mourn about death any more than there is to mourn about the growing of a flower. What is terrible is not death but the lives people live or don't live up until their death. They don't honor their own lives, they piss on their lives. They shit them away. Dumb fuckers. They concentrate too much on fucking, movies, money, family, fucking. Their minds are full of cotton. They swallow God without thinking, they swallow country without thinking. Soon they forget how to think, they let others think for them. Their brains are stuffed with cotton. They look ugly, they talk ugly, they walk ugly. Play them the great music of the centuries and they can't hear it. Most people's deaths are a sham. There's nothing left to die."

Knew you'd 'love' it Dallas...  Pretty fucking freaky, I love it too.

Sydni, I've seen those pics before, but I've never seen this video. That is so gruesome.

Gruesome body parts greet customers of a bakery in Ratchaburi, Thailand. Artist and baker Kittiwat Unarrom has sculpted life-like heads, feet and hands from dough in the bakery's kitchen and exhibits them in glass cabinets in the shop. He says his edible art lures one hundred visitors a day.

Death has been my constant companion since my teens and I think I'm pretty old now! Life and death appear to be intertwined to me... often they fight one another but  generally the will to survive, the will to live is stronger. So if we are alive I tend to adopt as much as possible a hedonistic view....

Supercut of the Day: Joseph Demme @ Cinexcellence has painstakingly compiled a 12-minute supercut featuring nearly every cinematic occurrence of the infamous stock sound effect in-joke known as the Wilhelm Scream — from its very first onscreen appearance in the 1951 Florida Western Distant Drums, through its revival at the hands of Star Wars sound designer Ben Burtt, to its subsequent overuse in modern-day cinema.

Thanks. I looked it up on IMDB, and I recognized the movie poster. I've come across it before, but never seen it.
