Chow mein, Mrs.B style.....
Diced raw chicken breast, thinly sliced small onion (or half) medium onion), sliced mushrooms, sliced green pepper, saute for a minute or two.
Add chicken broth, dried Asian noodles, bean sprouts, bring to boil, lower heat, & cook until noodles are tender. Stir in frozen green peas, a few drops sesame oil, & serve with soy sauce.
Chicken broth, & noodles are already salted so no need to add more, & MSG is a huge no-no here. We have bad reactions to it.

Stir fry.........
Cubed meat......pork beef, chicken,
Red pepper, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, green peas.....or any combination.
Saute meat in oil, add veggies & steam cook in any Asian style sauce, until just tender. Serve on cooked rice.
I like my chicken chow mein without much onion
Famous Szechuan style Dan dan noodles (担担面) is one of the most popular Chinese street foods. To me, it is one of the top Chinese noodles. But it is quite hard to define an authentic dan dan noodles. In Sichuan, it is crispy, spicy and numbing (caused by Sichuan peppercorns), with lots of variations in different restaurants. However, in other Sichuan restaurants outside this area, it might be crispy, slightly spicy and sweet. So I am not brave enough to call this an authentic dan dan noodle recipe, but it is the easiest way to put together a yummy and satisfying dan dan noodles.

Here you are Mrs. B and by the way the lady that does this video lives in your neck of the woods though she originally came from Thailand, South East Asia.
Hang over cures. The Dutch have the hair of the dog that bit them. The Pommy one is used to see how crook you are by how you react to the cure from going green around the gills or rushing to drive the porcelain bus.
I like some of it as our neighbours introduced us to Indian, but its not a favourite.
Yeh me too I just love Chinese food. When I was younger I ate a lot of Indian food but as I got older the hot and spicy Indian cuisine became too much for me.
One company that my husband worked for years ago, treated all the employees to an authentic Chinese dinner in Chinatown as a xmas bonus. It was soooooo good!
I love Chinese food, but had it once on a visit to Washington state, & it was AWFUL!
I like Italian flavours, some Mexican, Thai, etc, but Asian seems to be my favourite.
