Permalink Reply by zrdm on June 12, 2012 at 10:33am I just discovered it, it seems they encrypt your internet browser, bounce it around computers of other people using it, and there you go. So it's encrypted leaving your computer. It seems to be one of those things you dont actually need in a country like Canada or the UK.

Not only does it defeat censorship, but encryption protects you. And that protection can be useful even in countries where information flows freely.
As for Canada, we're currently OK but Harper's conservative soul is showing its ugly head =(
