Radical Muslims in THIS COUNTRY are not going to install Sharia Law.   Jewish fundumentalists are building in the West Bank - they are NOT important in this country.  Hindu fundies are killing people in India.   

 

Christian fundies are running for President and in our Senate and Congress.  For Thor's sake get real - no one is worried about your concerns - we have a real problem with Christian fundies NOT Moslems.   The Moslems in this country are better educated, wealthier and more American than the Christian fundies.

Muslim fundies are trying to kill Americans here.

Have you forgotten Fort Hood?

There are others that have plotted to kill Americans here.

Thus far, their plans have been thwarted.

The shoe bomber, the underwear bomber, the Times Square bomber, the toner cartridge bomber, etc., and most recently the model airplane bomber.

It only takes one of these homegrown fundie converts to get through our security to accomplish their mission.

I agree to a certain extent, but it only takes one christian fundie to bomb a clinic or shoot a doctor as well. That's why I treat them all the same, and as doone said, christians actually have the power to effect our life in more ways than just killing, it is a culture war. 

 

Yes, all religion sucks, and the fundies are dangerous.

It appears that the Christian fundies have given up the bombing and shooting portion of their campaign to dominate the rest of us. I believe they have given up because the bombings and shootings makes them look so Muslimy these days.

I will say this for the radical Christian bombers and shooters, they were never labeled terrorist, it took the Muslims to get us to label religious based violence as terrorist acts.

Fundie Christians being elected to public office can bring about certain changes that will have a direct effect on those that are non-Christian - not just Atheist.

Atheist "must" become politically active. Possibly resort to civil disobedience as that of Gandhi. Never with the use of violence. Once violence is introduce, all is lost.

Where are the atheist politicians? Where are the atheist youth to fight the non-violent fight for justice for all non-religious people?

it seemdavid nevere heard of oklahoma city. i watched my tv and all the commemtators saying it was muslims that caused it. i turned out it wad xers. we have mishe;;e m\bachman with a degree from oral roberts universty runiong for pres.  you think the us pres cant do more harm then then a guy with a lighter, which thankfully dint work.

Now, I'm aware of the fact that a president can do more harm than a guy with a lighter, and we have seen just how much harm can be done since "O" was elected.

"O" claims to be a Christian, although some believe him to be Muslim.
